List of free Personal Firewalls, there are more but these in my opinion are the best.

1. Comodo Firewall > Download Here During the setup process you will be given the choice to:
* Install the AntiVirus as a standalone
* Install the Firewall as a standalone
* Install both Firewall and AntiVirus
So if you already have an Anti-Virus installed make sure the Anti-Virus option is not checked. Only install the Firewall.

4. Online Armor > Download Here This is my personal favorite and in my opinion its the best free personal firewall. Online Armor Free provides Kernel Mode Security, Execution Protection, Termination Protection, Autostart Protection (limited), Firewall, Standard Mode, Simple Mode, Keylogger Detection, Tamper Protection, Script/Worm protection, and Process Guard.
