I have a work CD to help me with my management training. The only way to access the CD is by Auto run. It does not have a program within to click on for you to run it manually.

Any Ideas?>

Have you tried right clicking on your cd/dvd drive when the CD is in and choose "run" Can you post a screen shot of the files on the CD that way I can see them.

You can also right click on the drive and click Explore and it should show you the contents of the CD without the autorun executing.

Check your registry settings - see if autorun disabled. In the run box type 'regedit' and look for this key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CDRom]
Value Name: Autorun
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0=disable, 1=enable)

Change values as appropriate.

Does this help?
