Well when I am using Linux I use Transmission, I run Utorrent on Windows. My favorite site is Demonoid.com (which has been down for over a month now due to hardware problems) So i had to search for a new, good torrent site. I have used Mininova, Btjunkie, thepiratebay and others but don't really care for them too much (but I still do use them). I finally found a very good site called "iptorrents" its an invite only site. there are a few "unnecessary" rules that you have to follow like your upload to download ratio can not drop below 1.05 or you will get a warning (the warning goes away once your ratio goes back to the minimum) If your ratio drops down to .02 your account will be deleted. I really don't mind the rules since my upload to download ratio on Demonoid was 4:1 before they went down. The best thing about IPTorrents is the download speeds. My dl speed has never been less than 400kb/s, even with only a few seeders on a torrent. They hand out 1 invite code a month to each member. So if anyone is interested on joining the site let me know. I will give out invites on a first come first serve basis

Ok you are first on the list. I think I have to wait 1 more week before I get an invite.

Already a member myself, another good site speedwise is 'scenepalace.com' - no need for invites at mom so check it out. Loads of private, nowhere else d/ls - everything I've had so far is clean and good.
Still use 'torrentz.com' as well as the one mentioned above. For me, another good source is 'eztv.it' - here in the UK I get the latest episodes of my favourite US shows just after they're shown. Never miss my 'Family Guy' and 'American Dad' any more.

As for a client I use utorrent and Transmission like Pirate, on recommendation. Always looking for a variant if better though.
