Welcome Chazburger!

Could you please tell us what motherboard you have? If it is a computer built by Gateway, Dell, HP, etc. what model number is the PC?

Looking forward to your reply,

By looking at the specs on your board here > http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813130217 it has one PCI-E slot. So your going to be able to put a high quality graphics card in your PC to get your high resolution.

Thanks for the info.

It looks like you have only one PCI Express x16 v1.0 slot which may cause newer cards to "bottleneck" at that port.

Here is the best card for a PCI Express x16 v1.0 slot. This should allow you to play the CoD games, but I cannot say that this will 100% allow you to play them on max settings since we don't know every specification of your PC.
PNY VCG86512GXXB GeForce 8600 GT 512MB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

This card may actually perform faster than your computer, so this may not be your best choice even though it is "faster" than the other cards.

Sorry for the long reply
