when i try to browse the internet, i get an error.

"internet browsing is not possible at this time. error 80001001."

Do you guys know how to fix this? It's really concerning. ]:

You have a corrupt file or registry key. You will need to reinstall Internet Explorer or we can try resetting Internet Explorer back to factory defaults.

This will reset all of your settings so do this at your own risk.

• Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).
• If you use Windows XP, click Start, and then click Run. Type the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:inetcpl.cplIf you use Windows Vista, click StartCollapse this imageExpand this image. Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER:inetcpl.cplThe Internet Options dialog box appears.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
• When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
• Start Internet Explorer again.
