How to get Hijackthis! Logs for posting

1. If you have not already done so, download and install HijackThis from TrendSecure: HijackThis Download

2. Once downloaded, open HijackThis.exe by opening your downloaded file and click the
button labeled "Do a system scan and save log file".

3. A HijackThis Scan will appear

4. Then your HijackThis Log will appear. At the top of that click the file menu and save

5. Select the location to save the HijackThis log for posting E.g My Documents or Desktop so easy to find and click Save

6. Go To our Hijack This forum see below

7. One in the HijackThis forum click post new topic pictured below

8. Put in a Topic Title and your request for you log to be analyzed in the Topic section.

9. Click Browse and go to the location where you saved your HijackThis log and click Open.

10. Click Attach This File and then once uploaded click Post New Topic. Once post one of our staff will analyze your log and give instructions on what to remove
