Cannot start in Safe mode. Just goes to blue screen

My computer's blue screen of death says 0x00000050 (0xc7b6e8cc, 0x00000001, 0x80537009, 0x00000000)?
What does that mean? Hos can I fix it?

Welcome to PCHHQ :D Do you have your windows CD? may need to do a repair install. Also have you tied tapping the F8 key at power on and selecting last known good configuration form the menu?
