Welcome to PC Help Headquarters :) The easiest way is to put both hard drivers in the PC and use Norton Ghost or similar program to make a clone of your original. I use Ghost but there are free one like HDClone Free Edition http://www.snapfiles...dclonefree.html

I can make up a guide to do this what model is your PC? so I know what type of hard drives are in the PC then I can show you exactly how :)
