Well I went to start to download the drivers and the Dell Drivers Download Manager said that "there were no files to download. Please go to drivers and downloads to select file(s)". Even though I have them selected.

On your pc's case you will see a service tag number. Could you please tell me what it is? I can get you a direct link to the driver for your configuration.

Audio Drivers: SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio

Download and install the driver. If it asks to restart, click Yes and allow the PC to restart. Once it restarts, let us know what the results are :)
