No problem, and as a note, your computer will ask you to restart after installing each of those. Restart after each one!

Goshh. :(

Alright, so; My PC froze up again, and I followed the computer Management steps to copy the Error's details.
This is what I got.

'The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
i8042prt'

:( Do you guys know what that means..?

Perfect! I think we can resolve the problem with that info Posted Image
First, I need you to make a file. Open up wordpad and paste this in (in notepad this will add all the lines into 1. You need to make sure that it looks just like the site here with each line on its own):

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\i8042prt]
"Start"=dword:00000004

Then, click File->Save As

For the filename, type in i8042prt.reg
For the Save as type dropdown box, select All Files

Then, navigate to the file and double click on it, it should then say: Are you sure you want to add the information in (it will say where the file is) to the registry? Click Yes

When you click yes, it should say: Information in (the path of the file again) has been successfully entered into the registry. Click OK and restart your computer.

NOTE: This may make your mouse and keyboard not work! If this happens, press F8 and then click on Windows Vista, then click Restore to Last Known Configuration as the boot type. In this case, tell me and we will restore this back and try another alternative.

Let me know if it installs correctly,

:(.

Sorry to be a hassle.
My computer froze at 8:44PM, and after I restarted it, I checked Computer Management. However, it skips over the time 8:44; and doesn't show any errors at the time it froze.. What could this mean? <_<

Hmm, we could use some more error logs, but until we can get another... What type of keyboard do you have? Does it connect into the purple connector (ps2) or does it connect into the usb slots (right below the purple port)

Also, you are not a hassle, please don't think that :)

My keyboard goes into a USB port, Noop.

Also, my computer froze again; though I'm not exactly sure of the time. When I went to computer management, I scrolled through and saw a bunch of errors, that stated 'A parity error was detected on \Device\RaidPort0.'
Could that be it? The errors are one right after another, and following them is 'The previous system shutdown at 10:56:14 PM on 8/31/2009 was unexpected.', is that when I restarted the computer ? o.o

And thank you, :).

Jenni, now it sounds like a hard drive issue (what a crazy goosehunt). We are going to have to check and see if this is the problem. To do that, click Start, Computer (left click), and then on this screenyou will see your C: drive. Right click on it, and click properties. Then click on the Tools tab and click on the Check now... button. Check both boxes and click Start. You may get prompted to restart your computer. Do so and you will get to another text-based screen. Let it run and it will tell you if the hard drive has any errors at the end again.

Sorry for not getting this resolved faster :(
