E-ATX stands for Extended ATX. Basically the motherboard size is a bit bigger than a standard ATX board.

Sizes:
ATX - 305 x 244
EATX - 305 x 330

I haven't seen an EATX motherboard on any computers that I have dealt with since the 90s lol
