Try booting the computer into Safe Mode. Does it work/login fully?

Hey your back :D just in case you don't know

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

1. Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
2. Select an option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then press ENTER.
3. When the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in blue at the bottom, select the installation that you want to start, and then press ENTER.

Hmm... So when she boots into safe mode it gives the error or when she boots normally, or both?

So it doesn't blue screen right away? It just blue screens randomly once she is logged into her account? Try to keep track of what you opened up/had running when the blue screen shows up.

You might have a bad stick of RAM in your machine causing random bluescreens. Do you know how much RAM is currently installed in the PC? Also do you have a blank cd that you could burn a program to?
