we will double check there is no admin account go to your start menu then choose “run” (or press your Windows key and then press R). Then in the box that pops up, type cmd and press enter.
In the black box that comes up, type net user then enter. This will give you a list of all your Windows accounts on that computer is administrator listed?

I'd try use this http://www.pcloginnow.com/ program to reset the administrator password then login as administrator

My bad, didn't know they charged you for it right at the end. Offline NT Password & Registry editor is a great alternative though

Here is the link to download the file.
http://pogostick.net...wd/cd080802.zip
Unzip it and burn the iso file to a cd using some sort of software that can burn an image (Nero, imgburn, etc.)
One you have the cd burned, go into your bios and make your pc boot to the cd/dvd drive of your pc.
Once the cd boots up, here is a guide on how to reset the password:

Are you trying to burn it this way
Roxio Easy CD Creator provides support for burning ISO images using the 'Record CD from CD Image' feature.
1. Start the 'Record CD from CD Image' feature.
From Easy CD Creator's File menu, select Record CD from CD Image.
2. Open the ISO image.
In the file open dialog which appears, select the ISO file you downloaded. Click Open.
Note: You may need to select 'ISO Image Files (*.iso)' in the file type combo-box to see the ISO files on your computer.
3. Write the CD.
Easy CD Creator's 'Record CD Setup' dialog will appear. Click Start Recording to create the CD.

I asked my friend if this computer can burn CDs and he said no. Which is very ironic because it has Roxio on it =.=
