What does the cd drive say on the computer itself? It will say DVD-ROM or CD-ROM or CD+- where you put a cd in the tray.

Ok this must have at least a DVD drive or you would not have been able to install vista on it because it comes on a DVD. Try download imgburn here http://www.imgburn.c...hp?act=download then install and burn the ISO file with imgburn. Once burnt we should be able to set the PC BIOS to boot off the newly burnt CD and reset the administrator password
