The computer worked great until one day I turn it on and it doesn't load. When the computer gets turned on it takes you the screen where you choose safe mode and last known configuration I've tried starting up with all but nothing seems to work. Then it takes you to the windows logo where it loads but it stays on that screen. Can anyone help?

Welcome to PC Help Headquarters Janet :)

What does the computer do when you attempt to start in safe mode? Does it restart, stop while loading a specific file, blue screen?

Do you have a copy of the Windows XP Installation disc or Windows XP Repair disc? They should have come bundled with your pc when you purchased it.
