Hi Edward and welcome to PCHHQ
For those games I'd recommend Radeon HD 4890 or GeForce GTX 275 I'd look at getting at least 4GB of RAM if you can tell me your mainboard model I can suggest some that will suit your PC and to check your mainboard has correct socket for graphics card

Click the start logo in the bottom left, right click on Computer, click Properties. You should see something that says System type: on this page. What does it say for you?

That isn't the screen you should be on.
Try this again, Click on the start icon in the bottom left, RIGHT click on Computer, click Properties. Then you should see System type:
Also, is this what your computer looks like? http://h10025.www1.h...product=3856275

Ok as far as a RAM upgrade here is what you need: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
This should get you to 4GB, but since you are 32bit you will only see 3.5 GB, you should still see a performance increase though.
As for a graphics card, your power supply is only 160Watts, so you will also need to upgrade this too in order to have a high performance graphics card.

One other thing, if you do purchase the ram and want to wait off on a new powersupply and graphics card, we can assign some of your ram directly to your current graphics card built into the motherboard to help a bit more with gaming performance.

well I just want to be able to play new games with at least 50 fps not 5 fps
if this one thing is enough then ill buy only this if I need more parts then I would by more parts.
If the parts are really good then im willing to spend alot whatever price they are.
edit:
I mean if my computer will be able to run crysis with full graphics and no fps lag then that will be good
