Hey guys! Thanks so much for you guys helping me a couple weeks ago with my speaker problems!! I've told everyone about your site and they said they will let you know when something goes wrong with their computers!

Okay here is the problem that we are having. The problem we are having is with my boss's computer at work. He needs it to do bidding and estimations and such, so we need to see if we can get it fixed ASAP. The first thing that happens when you turn it on is it goes to boot up, and then goes to the black screen and it says something about the primary and secondary hard drives aren't being recognized. Which is lame because yesterday it was working just fine! It's weird! But then when i try and go to the screen that you choose start regularly or safe-mode and all that fun stuff, i click safemode and it gives me a list of like 50 things saying
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(0)\WINDOWS\system32\drivers________ <-- then where the underscore is it says something different each line.

But if you go to "start windows in last working ____" (not sure 100% what it says) it takes you to a blue screen and it's like a whole page and it says
Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL at the top then in the paragraph it says "....disable newly installed software...disable caching..blah blah blah" But he hasnt installed any software, so i dont get it.

I'm thinking that maybe the hard drive is history, but then again i dont know crap about fixing a computer lol.

I did try to go to BIOS and it didn't work. Safe Mode is a fail. And last known configuration is a Fail as well..so i'm stumped!

Any ideas of what the crap could be going on?
Thanks so much!! :)

Hi bloxingham :D

the first thing we need to do is go in to the bios on the PC and see if it's detecting the hard drives once we establish this we can workout how to fix it. What make and model is this PC?

When you click on safemode and it gives you a list of 50 things, does it eventually get into windows or does it blue screen you in there too?
