I'm looking to make a new computer for school for around $1000, and I want to make sure that everything below will fit and run together.
Case
HAF 922
$89.98
Motherboard
ASUS
$199.99
Processor
AMD Phenom II
$179.00
Memory
G. Skill 8GB
$218.98
Power Supply
850w Seventeam Modular
$129.99
Hard Drive
1 TB 7200RPM
$89.99
CD Drive
CD 48x DVD 16x
$25.99
Total: $933.92
I'm not terribly knowledgeable when it comes to graphics cards, but I do want to get two HD monitors, so I probably will need a graphics card with two DVI outputs.

Welcome back ColonelOne! Long time no see.
For a graphics card and gaming, I would recommend an NVIDIA card with the Fermi architecture. These cards are extremely fast and support directX and will definitely be dual monitor compatible. Here is a list of some of them. http://www.pchelphq....s/search/fermi/
Other than that the list looks pretty good.
