Is there a way to change my IP?

I got falsely banned on a game I was playing. Then I went to send an e-mail to a moderator about it and when I refreshed the page I was IP banned, it shows:

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

I want to get on but my IP is blocked. Is there anything I can do about this?

I think they blocked my dynamic IP.

You can try a proxy if you would like. Open up your favorite browser and go to a website like http://www.hidemyass.com and it will let you get to the site to send your email.

Alternatively, you could leave your router unplugged at night and plug it in in the morning and it will probably fetch you a new IP.
