trouble connecting my sony vio to wireless router get same messge : windows cannot connect

hi, justpurchased s/h sony via and have tried for 24hrs to get it to connect wireless but no luck, spent 1hr on phone to sky changed all sorts of things but still same, they r sending me a new router but my sons x-box works fine wireless with the exsisting router, i am new to computers and would need simple step by step instruction if anybody could help, thanks Marshall

hi noop,
on the top right hand side of keyboard it says pcg-tr1mp, underneath on its sticker it says model pcg-481m. hope this is of use, thankyou for your reply.

Try this,

Download this driver: http://esupport.sony...id=2347&os_id=7

One downloaded, double click on the file (Hit yes if the Windows 7 security screen pops up) and click the next button. Hit I agree *After you read the terms of use of course ;)* and then follow the rest of the instructs. Restart your laptop and you should be able to manage your wireless connections now.
