NewEgg Combo Question

My friend needs a new computer and was leaning towards a combo from NewEgg.

What are your thoughts on this combo?

Also, would a second graphics card fit on the motherboard?

Looks like a pretty good combo

Yes, you would be able to add a second graphics card if you would like, however you can't add anymore than 2.

Would a second graphics card, the same one, leave enough room for a sound card as well? Specifically this one?
