i just bought a phone and I'm trying to move some audio files from my computer to the memory card on my phone, but every time i do i get this error:
cannot copy: the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
any thoughts?

What type of phone is this? The phone may have some security settings to prevent file transfers on it.
